We had almost torrential rains this afternoon, and so it was a good opportunity to watch Rural Heritage. Every time we get to see more of Ralph Rice's operation I am impressed with how the farm is not only astoundingly diversified, but how neat and practical everything is. The maple syrup production again, after all the other examples we have seen, reflects the man's ingenuity. My hat is off to you, Ralph!
And, of course, I always like to see your splendid horses working.
Have you ever tipped over your sap collection sled?
There is only one thing I have to criticize, Ralph, why do you live so far away?
