Ten days ago I was still doubting if we could plant anything into the dry ground as we hadn't had any significant precipitation ever since early January, and now it looks that we won't be planting anything anytime soon because of all the rain we got: More than 4 inches in 5 days and more is on the way.
But I got my first row of potatoes planted on Feb 22nd, an I sowed radishes, peas and beets on March 9. With the rain they are all coming up nicely.

The Gordon area has been blessed this year. We were covered with snow from late nov. until mid to late feb. and have had two or three good rains this spring so far, just hope it don't quite. I know that these rains are good for my fencing.
