Wanted to share my news of FINALLY, acquiring my matched mule team!! ChaCha and Mr. Leroy...both 8 years old...both 14.2 and not a fault between the two!!
I raised ChaCha from our Haflinger mare...bought Leroy back in March! A VERY IMPORTANT NOTE...Cha was broke to ride A YEAR AGO...then both were broke to drive, within the last 4 months!! Each trainer said (one broke ChaCha, another broke the team), there was NEVER the first problem with either!! ChaCha's trainer said she was "PHENOMENAL"!! I'm so proud of them both...they show SO MUCH patience with myself and my husband, as we learn...never antsy, never a runaway, so soft in the mouth and so responsive to every word and command!! So much appreciation to Todd Bird, of Greeneville, TN for his training them for the wagon and many thanks to Joel Sherlin for his wonderful job with ChaCha AND thanks for letting me brag!!
