Would you expect a Holstein cow milking seventy pounds of milk a day on two time milking to increase in production when changed to three times a day milking?
I would guess she would increase provided the nutrient needs were increased as well. I would guess a 7-10 lb a day increase. That works out to about a dollars worth of milk for the farmer. Looked into it at one time and couldn't make 3X milking pencil.
