I have had trouble getting logged in for a while I don't know if anyone still looks for new post or not. so will post and see.I have been just doing the normal ranch work. last winter was like the old winters we talk about we had 3 1/2 ft of snow + ice fed up most of our hay just getting through started feeding hay in DEC normally don't feed hay until middle of FEB, cows rang and windowed hay but it was all covered up. Fed by my self most of the time. We only lost 4 cows last winter had about 70% calf crop. not bad for the winter
