Our family is interested in making liver sausage this year.Has anyone ever made it or have the process to make it?Thanks for your input!

I'm sorry, I do not have a recipe, but if you don't live too far away, send me some, or I'll get some, because I sure like it. I also like blood sausage, something that was available in Bavaria at every butcher's shop, but haven't found here yet in 26 years.

Never made liver sausage but we do like it. I googled "How to make liver sausage?" Lots of recipes and how to'd including some on You Tube:

Well we got our liver sausage made.Turned out alright.Asked some older neighbors about it and got advice.Learned there is no one way to do it.One fellow said as long as you can eat it,it's a good recipe!When we first ground and mixed the"slop" together we thought who would eat this?!Once in casings and cooked it helped the looks.Had it for breakfast with potatoes and onions with vinegar.Will definitely try again.
