On Josie's thread the count says '27 replies', but I can only see 20. It also said 'latest reply 2 hours ago', but the last one I can see is mine from a month ago. Weird!

Klaus, the porch shows 20 posts per screen, from oldest to newest. If there are more than 20 posts in a thread, there appears at the top and bottom of the posts, navigation buttons to advance forward to the next screen of posts.
