Lots of big round bales of corn stalks in my region of North Western, WI. Is this going to be used for bedding? roughage? or both?

I'd like to bale mine some year, but most years, here in northeast Ohio, the wet weather makes it tough to do. This year I would need to bale them with a boat. I will just let the cows go get their own, grazing the plants off until winter comes hard.
