Joe,
Do you know how your folks down there are doing?

Still waiting for word on a few families. Mudslides have destroyed much of their second harvest. Many will perish from starvation and cholera. Our friends are in interior of the country. Had wind and rain but not the ocean surge. Coastal villages are really wrecked. Roads are washed out and bridges gone. Very hard to get help to where it's needed. Due to corrupt government, the country was a mess before 2010 earthquake. It is much worse since these two recent disasters. Please pray for them and send help if you can through CARE or UNICEF or other established humanitarian group working to save lives there. Thanks for asking, Mike (And others who wrote privately).
