Is it ever advisable or safe to turn two dairy bulls out in an exercise paddock together?

Probably not, but if the paddock is big enough you could do it.

Yes.

I would have guessed no, myself. I just imagined maimed bulls and torn up fencing but I suppose they exercise one another. I have always wanted one of Ammon Weaver's treadmills and thought if I could ring my bull and get him on it, he'd be working the ten months he ain't with the cows. 2 months getting calves, and the rest of the time splitting wood, pumping water and grinding meal, I'd feel more like I'm getting my moneys worth!

I once visited a large cattle/wheat operation in Montana. When the bulls were not busy with the cows, all the bulls where pastured together.
I also visited a Mennonite community where a man had a bull on a treadmill. The bull was providing the power to run his shoe shop. I believe you have a do able idea.
