Mowed today, grrrrrrrrrr, hit so DARN many wet/muddy fire ant mounds it was awful. I've seen some reviews of that "new" mower (double sickle???) and wonder if anyone has tried it in fire ant infested fields? kelly

Kelly, I have one of the mowers that you ask about. I can't vouch for fire ant mounds, but it works very well in all the hay conditions I have here in northeast Ohio. Crop, crop density, weeds and such.
Hopefully someone close to you can offer better information about the ant mounds.
