For those of you who like to see the pageantry of Oktoberfest parades and who like to hear brass bands there are plenty of videos from this year's Oktoberfest in Munich, Bavaria ( which usually starts around September 16 and last to the first weekend in October).
The best I found is titled "Einzug der Wiesnwirte 2015 Blasmusik Okotoberfest Munchen" and lasts about 33 minutes. When you type it into the search engine you probably first have to skip all the ads.
Many, many draft horses in festive trappings and many brass bands. There is no narration, only the sound of the parade, so you do not have to deal with the German language.
Ox lovers also get a bit of the action about 16 minutes into the video. There is a yoke of big oxen with the traditional harness.
It is remarkable that almost exclusively horses which pull the big floats, often with many shouting and singing people on board, wear no blinders, while carriage horses do.
There are a number of other videos, too, from this year's Oktoberfest, most of which are much shorter, but a lot of them with German narrators.

Thanks for the suggestion Klause. It sounds like its worth the search and the viewing time. :)
