Well, after having nearly every set back I could imagine this year, and some I never would have thought of, finally got to do some mowing today. Started with a big patch of millet and rye grass. It sure cut nice except for a few spots where the deer had lain in it and it had lodged. Looked like crop circles! I've always heard don't feed millet hay to horses or mules, so looks like the mules will have to wait for the next field. Just got the baler back together after my last attempt at baling and keeping my fingers crossed for getting they in by Saturday.
