we got the wires out and still in the walking boot, except that I can walk on the foot according to the DR so I'm walking on it. Boy I can tell when I walk too far on it my leg is weak from not putting weight on it for 6 weeks but it is getting better. Now I can get my normal boots on for a while 5-8 hours. thank everyone for your thoughts and prayers it has helped. I still don't know how I got out of that one alive, My mom would have said again ( you're working your guardian Angel overtime) Glad that I had One. Thank God every day. He must have had something else for me to do. I lost a 13 year old grandson two weeks ago he was climbing on an Elevator and fell to his Death and was not found until the next morning. So I had to go to the funeral I went with Toby and Courtney and Tye my great granddaughter.

Glad to hear you are healing. I know it’s a slow process. So sad to hear about your grandson. We used to do such dumb stuff as kids don’t know why or how we lived.

I'm getting better day by day. I'm able to be up on my legs and feet most of the day without getting cramps. I helped a neighbor pull porcupine quills out of 2 calves noses last week. I rode a horse Most of the day and my foot felt good. Ive been mowing and raking hay for the winter We are just putting the hay in a dump rake windrow. The cows will eat it out of the windrow. that will save the cost of Bailing an rolling it out this winter, then when they run out of the wind rowed hay we can feed them out of the big round bales. Which should be around February or calving time according to the amount of hay that is there.
