In my part of Nebraska, we are very sloppy with every draw full of water and running. Few of the county roads have washed out at the culverts. However on most part most of the ranchers survived the big blizzard a week ago with minimal death lost and we are doing good.

In my part of North central we got 2 3/4" of rain and enough snow to just cover the ground. the water has gone down to a livable level today my driveway had water over it for 3 days I pumped water for 3 days to keep it from washing out my road got the culvert cleaned out today so it is running 1/2 full now. we are in good shape now just starting to calve so will be home for a while I will miss Waverly this year

I have family who ranch in western nebraska in the sandhills. They also said the blizzard was bad but not as bad in their area. The eastern part of the state looked to be in bad shape from the flooding as well as the dam breaking. I hope you pull through okay!

That is good to read, with all the other catastrophic news from Nebraska. My heart goes out to the people who have lost so much, and I do not even want to think of the suffering of all the animals that drowned in the floods or were buried alive under ice.
