A friend got a 4x4 muley buck yesterday. we saw 5 bucks all yesterday. We had a 4x5 just 50 yds from the house last night about 10 laying down, he was gone at daylight this morning and we haven't seen him yet. Toby & Courtney haven't got there deer yet. We saw one in the trees but couldn't get a safe shot at him, because of houses, cows and horses any way you would have shot there was something else in the way. I think the deer know where everything is and stay there because of it.

Deer season in Illinois this weekend. Weather sure wasn't good yesterday. Hope my daughter or myself can put venison in the freezer.
