I enjoyed the report about this year's Horse Progress Days albeit it was very short. I could watch that stuff for hours. The ground-driven tedder was impressive. It was be engineered very efficiently since in one scene it was pulled by two Haflingers effortlessly it seemed despite its considerable width.

One of my farming friends bought the new tedder that you speak of. He is very happy with it. He has used it on several hay crops and conditions. It works very well. Its quiet and pulls easily. It's "kicker" design has been around for decades, but the high density plastic and sealed bearings, coupled with the spring teeth make this simple machine preform beautifully.
