Flexural Deformity update
Posted by Cheryl P at 2008-11-21 17:29:07
I thought since I learn so much from this forum, I would post an update on my Clyde foal. I had her feet trimmed last week, and the farrier said we will keep her heels trimmed down every 4 weeks or so. As of this week, her pastern is completely normal - so the tendon has stretched out.

Thanks for letting us know... I know you are relieved. I had a foal a couple of years ago with major problems, and she is fine now. So, good luck and wish you the best.
