Flexural Deformity/5 month old foal

Hello Dr. Beth,
My Clydesdale foal has this flexural deformity, most noticeable on one hind leg. When the vet was out to do vaccinations last month, she said not to worry about it yet. Her hoof is straight up and down. At what age do I worry? If she requires treatment, what is it? Thanks so much.

Dr. Beth, I did have the farrier look at the baby, and he trimmed her heels low in the back, to possibly help stretch that area.

I am SO sorry to be so long in responding - too many things going on! My best advice is to work with your veterinarian and farrier here. Have your veterinarian check her again soon to see how things are going after the trim.
