Came in yesterday afternoon for a break and watched the show about Clayton Skoien(hope I got his name right!) and his Percherons. Great show. There also was a team of good-looking Belgians. Interesting how he hooks his Percherons together in the multiple hitch. Wish I could take long trips in the countryside like he does.
The only thing I cannot recommend (if I saw it right in the video): use snaps on a Liverpool bit. That can be risky as they can come off. I know a lot of people use snaps on their bits , but buckles are much safer.
Here's the show for those who don't get RFD-TV or missed it. I had some trouble with this shoot when my main camera failed. I ended up using my smaller, low-quality camera and the show, particularly in terms of the sound, suffered for it. That said, the Skoeins are a great family in the far northern reaches of Minnesota and I thoroughly enjoyed my visit with them.

Hi Joe nice show. Just wondering where they were from and just to say a agree with the man. Buckles are safer. But each to their own. I do enjoy the shows. Keep up the good job. Mel
Thanks Mel, and Klaus.
