What are the common chemical elements added to soils in fertilizers?
Response by Jon Bonine at 2015-06-19 15:42:27
Nitrogen, phosphorus and Potassium (NPK) are the big three. There's plenty of others.

Maybe the question should be what "mineral" elements.
Calcium, magnesium. We also add sulphur, copper, boron, sometimes iron. There are 18-20 minerals needed by plants.
