I have in the past I don't have pictures but I'm sure you could find some similar to what I had it was a 55gal drum with a chimney on the lid and some vent holes on the sides then you fill a 30gal drum with dry fire wood size pieces of hardwood turn it upside down in the 55gal drum so the wood is trapped in the 30gal drum pack firewood around the 30gal inside the 55gal and light it on fire put the lid with the chimney on grab a leaf blower and get the fire going good and when the firewood is done burning tip it over and you have a 30gal drum about 3/4 full of good lump charcoal

Traditional blacksmithing.
Traditional tinker and pewter work, casting spoons and stuff.... I have molds for a ewer/basin, a ten inch plate and a 12 inch trencher (big plate). Spoons too.

You Tube has a mess of videos of different set ups for home based charcoal making.
