COLUMBIA Mule Day
Posted by Sharon Anderson -- AWESOM ASS ACRES --Etowah, TN at 2015-04-13 16:20:35
Again, had a great time at Mule Day...was our 20th year of going!! Rolled back in yesterday, after a week of every size, color and type of mule that can be imagined!! Saw lots of old friends and met several new ones, including JMW, one of RH forums participants!!! Such a nice guy, especially considering I got him up out of bed one night, to question his campsite boundaries...(was helping someone with the adjoining site) and was set straight as politely as I've ever been...he was well within his site, btw!!! Within minutes, he asked if I was on RH...I answered, yes and asked how he knew?? Believe it or not, my Border Collie Cash, was the link!!! I'm now recognized by my spotted mule, Solomon and my Border Collie...can't think of a better compliment!!!

Anyhow, Mr. JMW and his sweet wife, are two of the nicest folks you'll ever meet!!! AND, they don't live but a little ways up the road from us!!! Great to meet new friends...even when you risk getting 'em mad at you for getting them out of bed!!! Lol!!!
