Sleep
Posted by jwaller at 2015-01-10 05:55:19
Well, finally got results from sleep study. Average 14 episodes per hour of apnea/low oxygen levels all night of study.

So Monday I go in for another overnight study to set pressure, fit, etc for CPAP.

Really hope it works. Am tired of being tired. Have limited afternoon nap time to 'cat naps' but just have gotten even more tired.

Fishing has been real poor. Fish not moving and water is so riled up all the time you can only see a few feet down. Hard to spear.

Nice young fellow in a fancy house a few yards away has an underwater camera. Says there are walleys and notherns just laying on the bottom. He angles and says he has dropped lure right in front of walleys laying on the bottom and they just move away.

Hens are laying very well so can pickel eggs instead of fish, I guess.

That's good news Waller. Once you get going with that CPAP, you'll feel so much more alive. I'm glad you went for the sleep study.

My hens are still laying half-way decently.

Just heard this story the other day. It appears lack of sleep is way more hazardous to our health than I had thought. Good for you, Mr. Waller!

Medicare will pick up the cost of the CPR machine

Four hours with my CPAP is worth 12 hours of trying to rest without it.
I have had mine for near 25 years.
