This week on Rural Heritage on RFD-TV. We feature Paul de Shaw's Harvest Party where Paul and volunteers demonstrate a wide range of heritage farming equipment including horse drawn sweeps powering a corn sheller and sorghum press, hoisting hay into the mow with hooks and pulley, hand corn husking into a bang board wagon and much more. The show premiered Tuesday afternoon and will repeat Saturday, Nov 15, at 2 pm CST.

Thanks Joe
We don't have TV so your posting the great work you folks do is the only way I would ever see it.

Great video Joe. We're in the same boat as Billy. Thanks. By the way, met Video Mike at World Percheron Congress. Do you know how soon he'll have something available from there?

No idea, Mark. Knowing Mike, it won't be too long.

Thanks for the nice words.

It said at the end that 2015 would be held at prophetstown. Have you heard anything different?

For those who are wondering, this week's show is the hand cornhusking nationals held at Amana, Iowa, last month. I will put it on Vimeo in a day or two. It will show Saturday at 2 pm CST.

Shaken, it is still planned for Prophetstown. Dris and Melissa won't be there but I expect the event will be held at the farm with lots of volunteer help.
