I'm back
Posted by Rod SW WI at 2014-10-16 14:14:17
Well, after 2 months in the hospital and a month in the rehab place, I'm finally back home. Came back to our house in Mt. Horeb as it is nearer medical facilities. Sure wish I was at the farm instead! The horses and sheep went over to an Amish friend for the winter.

Still very weak and have a lot getting better to do, but at least I'm home.

I'll be checking once in awhile.

Rod that's great news!! As Dorothey said, in The Wizard of Oz "there's no place like home"! Keep on getting better and you'll be back on the farm before you know it.

Glad to hear that Rod! That's a long time in the hospital. If we have our health we need to be very thankful! Best wishes!

Rod, great to hear you are now at home. Get well so we can visit the next time you come South.

Rod, glad to hear you are home. My summer was so discouraging to me as the amount of muscle, energy and stamina I lost. It is a slow process and really makes a person appreciate modern medicine and the ones around us. Glad to hear the ponies weren't sold and you aren't worrying about them. Keep healing and listening to the doctors.

Very thankful and happy for your improving health Rod! Keep up the good work!
