Haying is done and the firewood is in the shed so it's onto pleasurable pursuits...

Nice pic.
Our tree's are turning and we've had two or three snows in the high country. Couple frosts too.
Unfortunately, I'm still haying.

Firewood is in for coming winter but haying isn't done. Great looking outfit, pretty country, and black horses should be more than enough horse power. Enjoy your earned time off.

Those of you who know Wyoming know we don't get a lot of rain. Well, it ain't so this year. Fact is, it just pouring down right now. 2 and half inches last week, and yes the hay was down! Got it bailed and half in before the rain came today. Son in Cody said it rained all day there. Hills are turning green again. Crazy weather.

True Harvey. I have been shut down for almost 2 weeks with rain. Very wet summer.
Country never looked greener.
Last year was worse down my way though.

90 degree highs forecast here for the coming weekend. Looking at some 4th cutting haymaking, if I get greedy enough.
