Posted by Jerry Hicks at 2014-08-22 05:08:14
What is marbling in meat?
Response by NoraWI at 2014-08-22 10:11:07
Fat within the muscle.
Response by KM at 2014-08-22 13:48:25
IMF or inter-muscular fat. If your steak won't start the grill on fire there isn't enough IMF.

The fat that's laced throughout the meat, so it looks like marble.
Response by Jerry Hicks at 2014-08-25 05:13:50
The intermingled condition of fat in lean portions of meat.
