DVD

I would like advice on training DVD's for the basics of draft horse and mule work. I have read The Work Horse Handbook, Draft Horses and Mules, The Mule and numerous online articles. I have also visited plow day events and sought out locals to learn from. No luck on the locals. I am most interested in Mules and am trying to do my part to educate myself but have hit a plateau. Any suggestion would be appreciated.

Thanks,

Forrest

No DVD, book or any otherthing can teach you faster than a horse/mule doing the job unless it is a cranky old man working along you.

The Jack Strode Mule School video was invaluable for me. If you follow the steps it works beautifully.

Thanks for the suggestion, I had not come across The Jack Strode DVD. I'll be ordering it today.

Is anyone familiar with the Clarence Koch video?

I agree hands on can't be beat. Just trying to do my part since Mules have the reputation for being unforgiving.
