Raking hay with single NH roller bar rake. Takes more that twice as much time as using twin rakes with 4 abreast.( see previous Video)

I love raking hay with horses its fast and you can see what you are getting done. How much does your forecart tongue weigh with you on it and no implement hooked up?

Paul, This fore cart is homemade by a local mule man. I've had it about 10 years. There is not much weight on the horse when I am sitting in it.

Well-working team.
Raking hay , mowing and plowing are my favorite activities when it comes to working in the field.

Thanks Klaus,
The mare closes to us in the video is home bred out of the All American Sire Cowden's Coleddie Diamond. We have two fillies out of her that are coming along very well. Raking hay is a lot of fun for all of us.
