Janet, I tried several times to watch that video but all I got was the first view and then it stopped.

not sure why that is a problem. you could try going to youtube and in their search box type in the title and Loren Cordain. Perhaps it will play better from there.

This is JFYI for those interested in food, nutrition, and sustainability.
