There was a mule making icecream and he was walking around in a circle. It was powering a hydralic (box)?

I think the box was a compressor but I don't remember how it worked.

If I remember the mule was hooked to a bar that went to a gear box that turned a driveshaft that the mule had to step over that in turn cranked the ice cream maker.Instead of hand cranking or electric motor
