Haven't you received that CD yet?

YES-have listened it while doing dishes, laundry and washing eggs.

If this is the REAL Jerry Clower, I am humbled.

I took off my Shania Twain and FDR CD and put on Jerry Clower.

Have to go to work tomorrow. Will alternate this CD with the Norwegian language lessons while commuting.

So-is Jerry Clower alive or not??? Have used his "new bull" story a couple times and would like to give him credit.

Jerry Clower did die in the 90s, jwaller. I used to listen to him a lot, first heard him as a teenager in the 60s and loved him and his stories. "The Coon Hunt" was the first one I ever heard, so it is by far my favorite. His tales are really Southern in nature and are delightful. I was fortunate to partake of a real Missouri coonhunt in about 1979, and the experience was right out of a Jerry Clower story, definitely a highlight. I have several tapes of him somewhere and will ask my husband convert them to CD. Will notify you via the porch IF and when I can locate them, could take a while......
