I have been lookin for a breeding jack for awhile and have not found any that are close enough for me to go look at yet. I have 6 mares that I want to get some mules out of. Hoping Now if someone would just leave a good breading jack in my yard it would be ok with me. I have been looking for one just cant find exactly what I am lookin for. If I have to pay for one it will be what I want, but free is a different story, lol. Oh yea my daughter is lookin for a jack to cross with some pony mares, lol. Guess she is thinking more like dad every day. I dont know why she wants one we dont have any pony mares "yet". Ya never know about thease kids any more.

This is the American DONKEY Association. You could check with
http://longearsmall.com/ you will find a classified area on the left lower side. There are many sizes of Jacks at stud as well.
Would be nice to know what state you are in ? Or did I miss that ?

Now why would you want to traumatize a poor mare with a Jack. I keep getting some requests to breed my shire mares to a jack. Don't hate either of them that bad yet. LOL
PS. I am kidding. Nothing at all wrong with a right good mule. Nothing good about a bad one. KM

Well KM I will only except perfection. Horses have long been a disapointment to me. As a kid we had quarter horses to ride. It took a long time to figure it out that there was a reason that they were called quarter horses. Because that is all that they were was 1/4 of a horse. They could not do a days work. So I started breading horses for more stamina and cow sense. Now that I am not able to start my own colts. I have started working with draft animals. Very much to my surprise I found a great animal. LOL ok to each his own just had to have fun with that one.
Jim
PS not joking about the quarter horse.
